As the Lead Office Coordinator, I manage daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient functioning. My responsibilities include overseeing patient scheduling, coordinating with therapists to optimize treatment plans, and handling administrative tasks such as billing, insurance claims, and record maintenance. Drawing on my experience as a combat medic in the army and my time working in the ER, I bring a unique set of skills and achievements to my role as Lead Office Coordinator. In the army, I managed emergency medical situations under intense pressure, providing life-saving care and coordinating medical evacuations efficiently.

My values of compassion, integrity, and dedication to excellence inform every aspect of my career. I believe in providing empathetic, patient-centered care, and I am committed to ensuring that each client receives the best possible experience and outcomes. I do what I do because I am passionate about helping people recover and improve their quality of life. What sets my contribution apart from my colleagues is my unique blend of military precision, emergency room experience, and administrative expertise. This combination allows me to navigate high-pressure situations with ease, lead with confidence, and implement effective solutions swiftly.

What gets me up in the morning is the opportunity to make a difference in people's lives. Outside of work, I am a dedicated mom of three, enjoying the lively and rewarding chaos of family life. Born and raised in Miami, FL. In my spare time, I am an avid reader, finding solace and inspiration in the written word. I have a passion for travel and love exploring new destinations, whether it's discovering hidden gems in a bustling city or relaxing on a serene beach.
