What we accept, in order.
We accept out-of-network benefits from all insurance companies. Your plan is billed as an out-of-network provider, and whatever it pays toward out-of-network physical therapy is applied to your care.
We are in network with Tricare, and only at the Davie clinic. That is the one in-network relationship we hold, and we are not going to describe it as anything broader. If you carry a different plan, your care here runs on out-of-network benefits or on a self-pay rate, and we tell you which before you book.
In the event your insurance does not cover the care, self-pay rates are available. They are due at the time of service.
Most people reading this have already called one clinic, heard “we take your insurance,” and found out in month two what that actually meant.
What a free benefits check actually tells you.
Give us your insurance information when you schedule and we call your plan before you arrive. It costs nothing, and the time on hold is ours.
- Your copay or coinsurance. What you owe per visit once your benefits apply, so you are looking at a weekly number instead of a surprise at the front desk.
- Where your deductible stands. How much of it you have met this year, and how much would come out of pocket before your plan starts paying its share.
- Your visit limit. Many plans cap the number of physical therapy visits per calendar year. Knowing the cap in advance changes how your therapist spaces the plan.
We tell you what the plan said in plain English, and what it means for the schedule your therapist is recommending. If self-pay turns out to be the better deal for you, we say that too.
Paying for it.
We accept cash, debit card, credit card and HSA. It is our policy that payment is made at the time of service, which is also why we would rather run your benefits before you arrive than explain them afterwards.
We do not offer a financing program. There is no payment plan to apply for and no third-party lender involved. What we can do is be straight with you about what a course of care looks like, and let you decide the pace.
Waiting on the paperwork has a cost of its own. The problem you are waiting to deal with keeps shaping how you move, and the number of visits needed to undo that tends to grow rather than shrink.

Florida direct access lets you start physical therapy without a referral, and Florida law allows 30 days of treatment before one is required. Some plans still want a referral on file before they pay their share, and the benefits check tells us whether yours is one of them.
