Thomas Jenkins

Performance Coach

“I will bring tons of energy and an infectious mindset that is determined to help you achieve any goal that you may have!’

As a Performance Coach Thomas works with athletes from a variety of sports and backgrounds, helping them achieve their athletic goals. He is able to provide training both in the weight room and on the field, tailoring the program to mimic sport specific movements. When in the weight room there is also a focus of training in all three planes of motion, again maximizing performance output when it comes time to compete. On the field he will work on developing speed and agility through plyometric movements, linear running mechanics, and change of direction drill work.
When working as a coach, Thomas strongly believes in accountability and discipline. He will hold his clients accountable to meeting the expectations of the program and anything else necessary to reach their goals. Of course, this will involve discipline and staying consistent. Ultimately, Thomas brings a service mindset and wants to do everything he can to help his athletes continue to level up!

Thomas was born in Edinburgh, Scotland, where he remained for a year prior to moving back to the United States and growing up in Nashville. After 12 years in Nashville he and his family (mom, dad, and younger brother) moved to Connecticut for 3 years and then New Jersey for 5 years. He attended Blair Academy for high school in New Jersey. Following high school, Thomas attended Muhlenberg College as a member of the football team. While at Muhlenberg, his football team made appearances in both the Final Four (2021) and the Elite 8 (2022), winning the Centennial Conference in those seasons. After graduating from Muhlenberg, Thomas would go on to play in the German Football League (GFL) as a member of the Potsdam Royals, winning back-to-back GFL Championships. Since the conclusion of his playing days, Thomas has lived in Plantation working as a performance coach for a variety of gyms. Outside of work he enjoys playing pickleball and golf, with an interest in traveling.
