Izabella Carrabba is at the Front Desk for Alkeme, working as one of the first points of contact for clients. She plays a key role in creating a seamless and welcoming experience by assisting clients, managing scheduling needs, and ensuring everyone is fully prepared before meeting with the training team.

With a background as an Assistant Manager and Lead at UFC Gym, Bella brings strong organizational skills, confidence, and the ability to thrive in fast-paced environments. She is also a former professional soccer player who trained with a professional women’s team, giving her a unique understanding of athletic performance, playing at an elite level, knowing discipline, and recovery. Her additional experience as a Field Supervisor and Assistant Project Manager further strengthened her ability to multitask, communicate effectively, and perform well under pressure.

After experiencing a career-ending injury, Izabella developed a passion for helping athletes and clients feel supported throughout their fitness and recovery journeys. She values teamwork, continuous learning, and creating an environment where every client feels understood and cared for. Izabella is currently pursuing a degree in Kinesiology at Florida International University and is working toward her NASM certification.

Born and raised in South Florida, Izabella remains passionate about athletic training and running. She is very family-oriented, loves all types of music, and enjoys traveling whenever she gets the chance.
