Austin Pollak

Performance Coach

Born in New York and raised in Miami, Austin moved to South Florida at the age of three and has called Miami home ever since. He attended Miami Country Day School in Miami Shores, where he graduated in 2018 before continuing his academic and athletic career at the collegiate level.

Austin played collegiate baseball at both the University of Miami and Miami Dade College, gaining experience in highly competitive programs at the NCAA Division I and junior college levels. In 2019, he was part of the University of Miami program that competed in the NCAA Regional hosted by Mississippi State. He later continued his career at Miami Dade College, where he helped the Sharks win the Florida state championship and advance to the NJCAA JUCO World Series, representing the state of Florida on the national stage. During his time at Miami Dade, Austin also earned Second Team All-Conference honors.

Following his playing career, Austin remained connected to professional baseball by becoming a certified MLB agent. His experience representing and working alongside high-level athletes gave him a unique perspective on the demands of performance both on and off the field. Over time, his passion for athletic development and training led him to pursue his Certified Personal Trainer (CPT) credential and transition his focus toward strength and conditioning.

As a former high-level athlete, Austin brings firsthand experience and a competitive mindset to training. He is passionate about helping athletes improve their strength, movement, athleticism, and overall performance while understanding the commitment and preparation required to compete at a high level.

Outside of training, Austin enjoys golfing, working out, traveling, and spending time with family and friends.
