Ana works at Alkemē as a Virtual Clinic Coordinator. She handles calls, texts, scheduling, insurance verification, and patient charts across the Rehab and Performance divisions. She makes sure every patient feels taken care of and every detail is in order.

Before joining Alkemē, Ana worked as a Medical Virtual Front Office & Database Management professional, where she was consistently a top performer and trained a team of 20 new agents over 3 years.

Ana believes every patient deserves to feel heard, respected, and cared for. She values clear communication, honesty, and doing things right. She is driven by a simple idea: that organization and empathy together can solve almost any problem.

Her love for healthcare started at home. Both of her parents are nurses, and growing up around that kind of care shaped who she is today. She is also bilingual (English and Spanish), which allows her to connect with people in both languages. The nursing background and current IT studies give her a unique mix of clinical understanding and technical skill. She takes pride in being a calm, reliable presence for patients and teammates alike.

Outside of work, Ana is always up for a new adventure. She loves music, dancing, movies, travel, nature, and good food. She is currently studying IT at the University — always growing, always enjoying life.
