Maksim Seredov is a Sports Physical Therapist and a seasoned Strength and Conditioning Coach with over 20 years of experience in the fitness and rehabilitation industry. He earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from the University of St. Augustine in Miami in December 2023, with an emphasis on Movement Science. Maksim’s deep passion for physical therapy is rooted in his personal experiences, which have given him a profound understanding of the healing power of movement—not just for physical fitness and rehabilitation, but for emotional and spiritual health as well. This connection drives his commitment to helping others regain their mobility, strength, and overall well-being.
In addition to his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Maksim is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist (CSCS) and a Kettlebell Specialist with the RKC. His extensive background as a strength and conditioning trainer uniquely equips him to design comprehensive and individualized treatment plans that address both the physical and functional needs of his patients. Maksim’s holistic approach not only focuses on immediate rehabilitation but also empowers his patients with the tools and knowledge for sustained health and fitness.

Prior to earning his Doctorate in Physical Therapy, Maksim owned a boutique functional fitness gym in Denver, Colorado; filmed in the P90X and INSANITY fitness videos; taught Group Exercise Fitness certification workshops in Colorado, Wyoming, and Nevada; and presented at the IDEA Health & Fitness Conference in Denver, CO in 2015. Outside of work, Maksim’s hobbies include skateboarding, kettlebells, camping and hiking, traveling, relaxing at the beach, and enjoying great food—he’s a huge foodie.
